Using AVG – Report Malicious Sample
AVG are one of the worlds largest free security products that protect millions of machines worldwide. Use the AVG – Report Malicious Sample to let AVG know about scam websites.
1. Navigate to https://www.avg.com/en-au/report-malicious-file [1]
Click on the tab Report a malicious sample [2]
Select Website [3]
Enter the domain of the website into the URL box [4]
Click the Submit button [5]
2. Your job is done – AVG will look after the rest !
They will individually assess each URL and provide a classification based on their assessment. You won’t be able to provide any more information at this point.
