Mandate

The mandate of War Against Scams is firstly to Educate people so that they are empowered to take action against scammers and ultimately be able to recover funds.

The second part of our mandate is to lobby governments and policy makers to put the legal framework in place that provides the powers for police and government departments to quickly identify and trace the money flow, and return it back to the victims of scams.

Lobby

Our mandate is to help stop scams at a national and international level by getting the attention of governments and policy makers to change laws that are currently stopping investigations into criminal fraud. It is only through a change of law that the correct data information can flow through to law enforcers to capture scammers, and return funds.
